The immediate opportunity is to work in our global growth marketing team and be a point of collaboration between several teams, such as marketing, technology and business intelligence, to ensure the business is empowered to execute on their CRM strategy into 2019 and beyond.

Sitting in the Global CRM department, the role has an international scope to support local market requirements via program development, strategy, best practises and recommendations.

We’re looking for a CRM Executive superstar to work with us to transform our CRM activities and programmes by executing a best-

in class strategy that successfully grows our CRM channel and establishes multichannel CRM as a key lever in getting our customers to order more frequently as well as retaining more of them.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced CRM Executive to join a new team working with the CRM Manager to build out a lifecycle centric programme to deliver on our ambitious business targets.

This is not just about increasing open rates or growing click-throughs; this is about driving revenue from CRM as well as growing our customer lifetime value for one of the UK’s most successful e-commerce brands.

You will have day to day responsibility for defining and delivering our ambitious CRM plans, ensuring our activities align across markets.

You’ll also work closely with our copywriter and designer to deliver campaigns which excite and entice our customers to come back again and again.

You’ll need to be experienced with CRM tools, unafraid at working at pace and juggling multiple projects internally as well as be highly numerate and analytical continually reviewing and optimising our CRM activities.

Extensive experience of building and executing complex personalised CRM activity

Working with creative teams to bring your ideas to life

Support on development of personalised content across CRM programmes / campaigns

Ideally experience of working with Braze or enterprise level ESP

Implementing testing and optimisation to continually improve communications, across email, mobile push and SMS platform

Understands the customer lifecycle, and how to influence frequency and loyalty through CRM Activities

An eagle eye for detail thorough and conscientious. Always strives for perfection.

Analyse campaign results on a regular basis, making recommendations & implementing changes based on findings

Share and learn best practices with global territories and ensure the right tools / software are in place to enable us to deliver our goals

Act as the voice of the customer at all times

Keep up-to-date with marketing and technology trends; mobile CRM, content, data, etc.

Required skills and experience


The idea candidate will have bundles of energy and drive

A positive / can do attitude, with drive and passion for CRM

Experience of Braze or similar customer engagement platforms

Good knowledge of Email Marketing KPIs and ability to actively analyse campaigns

Experience developing and executing lifecycle programmes which drive lifetime value

Good understanding of HTML and best email practices

Flexible and comfortable working in a change-oriented, fast-paced environment

Ability to work across creative and technology teams

Experience in ecommerce or related industries

Excellent attention to detail

Understanding and experience of data segmentation and serving personalised content to customers via various direct channels (emails, push, SMS etc.)


Ability to learn new technology quickly

Worked for a tech company and get the data

Desire to become part of a hard working, fun digital marketing team

Experience of setting up mobile push and SMS campaigns
