About the role Behaviour mentor
The successful behaviour mentor will be responsible for liaising with parents to discuss students and sensitive related situations.
The successful behaviour mentor will take on a pastoral role where they will run late detentions and support students going through hardship in the cases of bullying, arguments etc.
The successful behaviour mentor will work closely with teachers across the school and the head of inclusion.
