We are seeking an experienced person to conduct business analysis, consultancy and project activities, working on key projects and improvement initiatives across the business.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, have strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Stakeholder engagement is also a fundamental part of this role.
You must be willing to travel and stay away from home when required
Work with stakeholders to capture requirements, understand scope, drive the design process and produce statement of works and / or technical design of proposed solution
Provide consultancy to internal teams and customers, where required
Assist in producing time estimates for delivery activities to support the project
Work with departmental heads to improve business processes across teams
Respond to and assist team members in resolving queries relevant to the team activities
Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors for the flawless execution of project activities.
Create and maintain comprehensive project and business documentation
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties / vendors
Produce daily updates to communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders
Accurate completion of timesheets
Liaise with other departments and suppliers to provide an effective and efficient response to queries
Provide training / assistance / advise to BAs as and when required. Provide support for the project teams in an advisory capacity and undertake mentoring of new members of the Change Management team
Review project scopes and objectives, ensuring technical feasibility.
Implement risk management processes.
Identify and execute process changes as and when required.
A qualification in an industry recognised Business Analysis methodology, such as Six Sigma.
Strong background Business Analysis and Project experience
Have strong leadership skills, including excellent verbal / written communication and presentation skills.
Able to remain calm under pressure.
You will be presentable and confident when meeting new people, and have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
Have excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to react to work adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently.
