The Design, User Experience and Media team is a dedicated, professional, supportive and knowledgeable group of people who work creatively to deliver outstanding qualification and learning resources and services for the UK Schools and Colleges market.
Within the group, we have a dedicated team that lead on the creative design for product marketing materials and marketing campaigns.
Supporting the UK Schools Marketing business, the team will drive on the rich visual engagement and appropriateness of design for the markets.
Ensuring product packaging and marketing materials have a consistent, attractive and unique look that creates brand recognition and delivers a consistent brand experience for our customers.
We are looking for an experienced senior visual designer to join the marketing design team within the Design, User Experience and Media team.
To deliver high quality visual design for all types of marketing collateral and campaigns for the UK Schools business.
The role requires close collaboration with key stakeholders, to ensure the product brand visual identity is adopted consistently across all marketing communication channels and supports the delivery of a consistent brand experience for the customers.

The key areas of focus :
Champions good brand practice and liaises closely with key branding stakeholders.
Works collaboratively with Design Managers to create product brand guidelines, that ensure a consistency of branding is implemented, creating a consistent user experience.
Experience of responsive design and apply appropriate visual design layers.
Implement usability and accessibility guidelines for all visual design elements, eg : print and digital marketing collateral, website designs, infographics, interactive PDF’s
Work closely with Marketing department, to inform on briefing, best working practices and processes.
Ensure standards of design, design services, illustration and animation are in line with industry standards.
Understands front end technologies to ensure that interactions can be supported and the technology capabilities exploited fully.
Implement user testing to ensure visual design treatments meet user requirements, working closely with UX design colleagues.

Excellent knowledge of the following Adobe creative suite, (In Design, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & Dreamweaver.
