  • Drive growth for the advertising business and the brand partnerships team in the region
  • Work with the international leadership committee to design and implement sales strategy
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure the balance of both revenue and user growth by introducing constructive fact-based proposals
  • Responsible for people management including recruitment, talent development, organisational change and performance management Campaign Planning and Management
  • Facilitate clients' ad campaigns from start to finish
  • Manage internal account operations including account set up etc.
  • Plan and build compelling storylines and data-driven presentations that are customised to clients' business and problemsQualifications
  • Degree educated or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience managing other team members
  • Experience managing campaigns across digital platforms and ad tech product
  • Deep understanding of digital landscape and a passion for social media
  • Detail oriented, with exceptional organisational skills
  • Previous experience working across multi markets preferred but not necessary
  • Excellent verbal and written English and Swedish language skills
  • Self-starter, fast learner with a start-up spirit
