About the team
The FIS Virtual Sales Team is focused on growing our Banking & Payments business in Europe for specific Applications which includes today Fraud management, Chargeback and Testing Solutions (incl.
for ATMs, Terminal, Post, Payments).
What you will be doing
As Virtual Sales, you are responsible for driving revenue in your territory. The position represents client acquisition, customer relationship management, managing to both performance and quota targets, and strategic selling.
The position includes the following :
Focus on selling direct to corporate accounts into financial services ecosystem to drive the continued adoption of FIS solutions.
Develop new business from existing deployments, acquire net new logos and cross-sell into existing FIS clients.
Establish and build relationships with key decision-makers at all levels in your target accounts.
Manage activity against client targets, key growth opportunities, and overall pipeline management.
Conduct weekly forecast calls with your Sales Manager to review target opportunities and to measure activity performance
Manage all information in our CRM system related to all accounts. This includes all client contacts, client feedback, demos, meetings, next steps, and daily status
Co-ordinate & collaborate on marketing activities to generate demand including client events, executive roundtables, and FIS webinars
What you bring :
Minimum 3 year’s experience in a (preferably software or SaaS) inside or field sales role, demonstrating consistent, above-quota performance.
Direct sales generation via cold calling, social media letters, emails, demos, and via networking.
Proficient in all aspects of solution selling including discovery, presentations and providing specific, targeted solutions that clearly resolve a customer challenge, project, or need.
Able to clearly present information through the spoken or written word; read and interpret complex information; talk with customers, clients or internal stakeholders; listens well.
A great team player : display enthusiasm and promote a friendly group working environment; work closely with other departments, as necessary;
support group decisions and solicit options and input from co-workers; advocate team communication.
Control and maturity in facing difficult situations, demonstrates creativity and resourcefulness, competitive, driven for success, and has intellectual curiosity.
Will go above and beyond in your client engagement efforts.
Demonstrate the ability to work independently and efficiently on a consistent basis. Proficient knowledge of and ability to work with general business applications and experience with CRM systems (Ideally Microsoft Dynamics) relative to pipeline management and daily sales generation.
Native Level English speaker
Added bonus if you have :
Experience in the Financial Service, Banking and Payments sectors are preferred
Strategic selling to the Fortune 1000 / FTSE 250.
