At The Dining Room we’ve a great team who are looking for a Junior Sous Chef who specialises in Indian cuisine to join them.
You’ll be helping lead the kitchen team, be mentoring and training less experienced and skilled team members and also be working closely with our Head Chef and Sous Chef in product design and costings of menus in a role that really does offer excellent development.

You’ll have a lot of great experience in working in commercial kitchens creating Indian dishes and have a huge passion for food and meeting customer expectations.
You’ll be highly skilled in food preparation and have the ability to train, mentor and lead a kitchen team. You’ll be working as part of a team so it’s vital to us that you’re upbeat and positive as we’re really committed to making the restaurant a special place to play and to work.
