Menu Planning , a la Carte & Function menu (accurate costings & recipe / dish specification)

Smooth running of the kitchen

Stock control : supplier liaison, ordering, invoices, weekly stock counting & wastage control,

Team training & development, rosters & time sheets, personnel files

Due Diligence : Hygiene Records & Procedures, Cleaning Rosters

About you :

Proven Head Chef experience gained within a renown comparable kitchen or boutique Private Members Club, Boutique Hotel and / or award winning Restaurant operation with knowledge of British cuisine an essential

Strong Leadership, Creative, Organisation, Communication & Technical Skill

Genuine Passion to Cook with ability to deliver high levels of food quality / a la Carte & Banqueting

Strong on Due Diligence - up to date on current Hygiene Legislation

Genuine intention to offer long term commitment to next role (min. 2 yrs)
