This person-centered organisation need a value led professional, to provide effective leadership of excellent support services, across the North of Scotland.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about improving outcomes for adults and young children.
With at least 5 years’ experience of working at a senior level within a social care setting; you will possess excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate others to succeed, and a positive approach to working with people, with an ability to champion cultural and organisational change.
A comprehensive understanding of relevant regulations and legislation, coupled with strong commercial acumen is essential.
This is a challenging but rewarding pivotal role and as such you will need to be flexible in your approach and willing to travel frequently.
This is an exciting time to be joining the Charity, as they look to diversify their geographical presence, develop new models of support, and transform their operational delivery.
