Day to day coordination of the workof the India-based IT Change Manager and Business Analyst within the T&ETechnology Team
Subject matter expert - the roleholder will have a key role in determining the best solution to meet thebusiness requirements.
The role holder will be responsible for developing adeep understanding of the Barclays Travel and Expense business processes, thedata that is used and produced by those processes, the applications (SAPExpenseand Concur) used to execute the processes and the SAP and non-
SAP systemlandscape into which the applications are integrated.
Knowledge manager the role holderwill be accountable for ensuring functional technology staff have properlydocumented all aspects of the technology used within the Travel and Expensearea.
Thought leader using theirsubject matter expertise and working with the T&E Team Leader the roleholder will play a prominent part in identifying opportunities to improve theTravel and Expense solutions.
Vendor Liaison the role holderwill become the primary point of contact for the Concur vendor for allfunctional technology queries and issues.
Extensive IT business analysis experience in oneof the Finance, HR or Travel Management modules
Strong MS Office skills particularly Excel andPowerPoint
Very strong presentation skills
Worked within the FinancialServices Industry
IT Project Management qualificationor experience
Managing workload with a geographicallydispersed teams
Certified SAP Functional IT analyst
