My client is currently looking to recruit a confident and enthusiastic candidate to join their busy and growing Customer Service team based in Heywood

It is an extremely busy team and fast paced environment so you must be on the ball and work with high levels of speed and accuracy

  • Daily duties and responsibilities;
  • Handling high volume inbound calls
  • Accurately processing Sales quotations and orders
  • Occasionally liaising with Suppliers and other departments to check on order / stock updates
  • Handle any general Customer / Supplier queries
  • Complete any general Admin duties as required
  • You must have some relevant Customer Service experience to be considered for this role either telephone based or face to face

    Working hours Monday Friday shifts between 8am 6pm no late shifts / weekends!

    The client offers bright, modern and open plan offices and on site parking is available
