Business Consulting complements our technical capabilities which primarily focus on AWS, Mulesoft and ServiceNow. We support clients undertaking their technology transformation in the areas listed above to help them ensure they realise their return on the investment in these technologies.
We have a vacancy for a Consultant to support our growing team and are looking for someone who is excited to grow their career in a rapidly growing Consultancy.

As a Consultant you will be supporting our engagement leads in the delivery of our client engagements. You must have good stakeholder management and communications skills, work collaboratively within a team and be able to work autonomously, as required.

Key tasks and responsibilities, including but not limited to :
Proactive management of work allocated, demonstrating an ability to manage expectations,
Participate in problem solving where delivery issues are anticipated or experienced,
Creating status reports,
Setting up workshops,
Managing project plans (e.g. liaising with team members to track the completion of activities against a plan)
Capturing meeting minutes and actions and chairing team meetings
Creating Excel-based financial models to inform client business cases,
Contributing to PowerPoint presentations etc.
Supporting the presentation of our deliverables to clients, describing the work undertaken and value delivered;
Supporting the management team with sales and internal processes, as required, such as :
Helping to create sales documentation e.g. Proposals and Statements of Work;
Creating documentation required for the business e.g. job descriptions or delivery methodology documentation;
Helping to track internal and client projects e.g. days used against days procured by clients;
We are looking for someone who has some, but not necessarily all of the following :
2-3 years work experience;
Experience in a Consulting environment;
Experience of IT delivery; operationally and or project delivery;
Awareness of IT organisations, this could be consultancy within the IT space or having worked within an IT delivery team;
Confident use of MS Office suite including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio and MS Project;
Experience of working within a Project / delivery environment e.g. where there are time pressures;
An awareness of Project Management methods, this may be through training and qualifications or practical experience within project delivery teams;
Process design experience
Key Soft Skills required, including but not limited to :
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English;
Self-starter and highly motivated;
Proactive and takes initiative;
Excellent organisation skills;
An appetite to learn and to get involved in a variety of activities to support our client delivery and internal operations;
