What's the purpose of the role?
Reporting to the Head of Global Creative Services, the Lead Creative Designer will oversee and work on omni-channel projects through from conception to delivery, providing advice and guidance on new and innovative ways to market our products.
This role will need to be a design champion within the team, inspiring others to achieve their best.
The Lead Creative Designer will live and breathe design, especially focussed on digital, taking our brand websites and campaigns to the next level, as well as being involved in omni-channel concepts in line with our promotional periods.
You will help define creative best practices and processes and inspire the best possible creative output, leading 2 direct reports and working alongside the other teams of designers, photographers, and videographers.
You will also strive to continually elevate the creative and ensure consistency across our brands and messaging.
