The successful will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience and will have experienced in all aspects of credit control.

The business wants a Credit Controller with the ability to maintain and build close linked relationships with customers this ensuring the smooth running of accounts and encouraging timely recovery of payments.

Key Responsibilities Include :

  • Reporting to the Credit Control Manager
  • Contacting clients by telephone to recover outstanding debt
  • Processing credit / debit card payments from debtors in line with policies and procedures
  • Action and resolve customer queries and disputes with a view to collecting outstanding debts timely
  • Maintaining detailed client records on relevant systems
