Sodexo is looking for a Engineering Compliance, Documentation and Training coordinator for our client site in Windlesham, Surrey.

We are looking for exceptionally well organised individual with previous experience in a similar role and sound understanding of engineering environment.

    Role Responsibility

  • To involve all relevant parties / departments, in the development / review of all engineering, security and site emergency procedures;
  • including obtaining appropriate approval or review signatures.

  • Arrange and organise training sessions for all newly approved procedures and for new starters in the Engineering and Site Services departments.
  • Act as site contact for external procedures writers and trainers where required for key procedure or process changes.

  • To ensure that all training records for Engineers and Site Services in house staff are retained and filed on relevant databases, working in conjunction with the information centre.
  • Ensure that Project Engineers provide the correct documentation to be included in Project files, O&M information in System Folders and / or CDM Building H&S files.
  • Audit and own the Change Control Process, working with team members to complete actions and close gaps. Including the generation and upkeep of Change Control Compliance Metrics.
  • To organise the Engineering department annual clean-up day, and to carry out the annual archiving of Engineering documents and electronic records in accordance with the Corporate Record Retention Schedule.
  • Custodian of the Engineering document store. Includes owning the electronic management system for new additions and deletions.

  • Experience within a similar role
  • Experience within a multi disciplined Maintenance Environment
  • A sound knowledge and awareness of engineering system
