Company : Marsh Description : Reporting to the Head of MRA Sales, you will support the execution of the MRA sales strategy in UK / Ireland.
You will work to support Sales Executives and Client Executives in increasing expanded services revenue, as well as supporting client retention efforts and new business pitches.
Motivated and proactive, you will ideally have a background in Finance or Business and experience in administration. You should also have a basic understanding of the London insurance market.
With a strong foundation in the core operational functions of CAS and an expanding network of contacts in the wider Marsh business, this role serves as a powerful stepping-stone into a Sales Executive role.
Main Responsibilities Ownership of month-end financial reporting process for MRA. Drafting schedules of work and letters of engagements.
Working with Sales and Marketing colleagues to draft marketing decks and collaterals (including case studies, flyers, thought leadership blogs, etc.
Gathering project feedback from internal and external stakeholders, to ensure satisfaction with future project outputs.
Key administrative tasks, such as : Setting up and tracking new project opportunities (in Salesforce). Opening project codes for time entry.
Maintaining activity tracking files. Project invoicing. Supporting the Sales team in creating and reviewing summary management information.
Working with India to facilitate Risk Tolerance Analysis reports. Supporting delivery of outputs and presentation meetings.
Supporting colleague training sessions. Ensuring projects are delivered in a timely manner and meet the standards required by Marsh.
