    We are looking for a candidate to fill the role of Business Analyst within the UK Payroll Compliance team. Within the role you will work with the UK Payroll Compliance Lead and the Product Owners to translate UK payroll legislation into requirements for the range of UK Payroll products.

    This role holds the key to offering our clients the qualitative services they expect us to provide.

    We are looking for an individual with a passion to help create excellent quality products for our clients through the production of clear and concise requirements.

    With a focus on UK Payroll compliance, you will ideally have expertise in this domain.

    Responsibilities :

  • Gain a clear understanding as to how the compliance requirements will impact the UK products in the widest context and articulate this to the development teams
  • Develop requirements / user stories for the product development teams.
  • Ensure products are compliant for UK payroll and through working alongside other ADP teams to ensure that the product compliance capabilities are clearly understood by other ADP functions
  • Work with other BU project teams on the Annual Compliance process
  • Provide detailed technical support to complex client queries
  • Qualifications :

  • the ability to creatively and functionally translate user and business needs, taking into consideration technical capabilities, into requirements for development teams
  • experience of writing software requirements for cloud-based solutions
  • be comfortable working within an agile development process
  • enjoy working closely with multi-disciplinary, international teams; our teams are made up of product, development, UX and business associates from multiple locations.
  • UK Payroll domain knowledge.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • enjoy making complexity seem simple through clarity of communication.
  • team player who enjoys providing support to the wider business community
  • experience and understanding of the complexities associated with building multi-country product capabilities
  • Understanding of User Experience’ concepts and how to communicate requirements to UX associates.

  • Please note : This is a UK Payroll compliance role and will most likely be based out of the Peterborough or Chertsey offices.
