As a Service Trainer you will be delivering and designing both online and virtual facilitated training for existing and new service employees within DBS (Digital Brand Services).
In addition to communicating and collaborating globally and across teams, our Service Trainer must have the flexibility to flex hours if / when needed and potentially travel internationally.

Some of the things you will be doing :
Facilitate virtual training for new Client Service Partners
Collaborate with Service Quality Analysts to identify regional / global trends and areas for improvement
Build and maintain effective business relationships with team members at varying levels of the organization : leaders, fellow trainers, workflow coordinators, and subject matter experts
Partner with Service Leaders in all phases of the training cycle needs assessment, creation, implementation and evaluation
Audit and keep existing training modules, programs and documentation current and relevant
Partner with the change management specialist to ensure releases have been captured in training and materials have been updated
Design and deliver new training solutions to support both new and existing employees.
Support global, corporate, and team-level training initiatives as needed to ensure training efforts are represented and accounted for in support of global changes
What technical skills, experience and qualifications do you need?
Experience in designing and delivering training or training materials in a corporate environment
Model employee of the CSC values of service, teamwork, tenacity, agility, and being genuine
Project management skills to create trackers and overviews for stakeholders
Excellent organizational skills to manage projects and meet deadlines
Strong time management, research & analytical skills
Effective written and verbal communications
Ability to work independently and function as part of a small global team supporting all CSC locations
Ability to quickly learn new systems, technology and methods
Ability to be flexible with hours to accommodate international training needs
Preferred Qualifications :
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint, etc.)
Content and documentation writing experience
Experience with virtual training facilitation
