Are you looking to further your career and take on a new challenge. Your role would involve working alongside the Head Nurse helping with the daily running of the practice to ensure high standard care for Patients and Clients.

We have an exciting rare opportunity to join our amazing Nursing team at Worcester Vets4Pets. The nurses are the heart of our practice and perform an integral clinical role in caring for our patients.

Our practice is situated inside Pets at Home giving us great exposure to new and varied clients whilst also offering ample free on-

site parking and being ideally located in close proximity to junction 6 and 7 of the M5.

The surgery itself is air-conditioned and was purpose built to industry leading standards which has state of the art equipment including Xray machine, ultrasound, multi -

parameter, endoscope, tono meter, diathermy,cryo, in house laboratory equipment including idexx catalyst, procyte, sedivue and UA analyser.

Person Specification

This role would suit an ambitious Registered nurse with great communication skills who is looking to utilise all of their nursing skills whilst working alongside a positive and passionate team.

We believe in our nursing team developing themselves. In our team we currently have RVNS who are trained in massage therapy and a qualified behaviourist.

Also RVNs studying towards certificates in medical nursing.

We are a training practice for Student Veterinary Nurses and currently have one trained clinical coach. If training the next generation of Nurses is something that inspires you then Clinical coach training can be arranged to go alongside the role.

You will be supporting and working alongside our 5 vets. We have Vets working towards surgery, medical and ultrasonograpy certificates.

This position is 40 hours per week with a 1 in 3 weekend rota.
