    You :

    As a Pre-sales Manager at Feedzai, you play an instrumental role in the sales of our leading AI / machine learning platform.

    As the most senior Presales contributor in the region, you lead a team of Pre-sales engineers and work closely with the sales and business development leadership and other senior stakeholders within Feedzai and Feedzai's customers.

    Your Day to Day :

  • Acquire knowledge and understanding of the strategies of the Sales & Business Development (SBD) organisation.
  • Deeply understand the product and the capabilities that support Feedzai go to market efforts.
  • Able to communicate and partner with senior-level stakeholders across the company.
  • Plan staffing levels to meet company strategic objectives.
  • Work with HR to recruit, interview, select and hire team members.
  • Provide oversight and direction to employees to ensure compliance with the company’s policies and procedures
  • Lead employees to meet Feedzai’s productivity, quality, and goal accomplishment expectations.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members; provide career development planning and opportunities.
  • Successfully onboard new employees and train them to be fully productive team members.
  • Consciously create a workplace culture consistent with Feedzai’s overall mission and values.
  • You Have & You Know-how :

  • BS or Masters in Computer Science or equivalent
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in Presales Management - a plus; experience in Presales as a Senior Individual contributor - a must.
  • Relevant experience in Fintechs / SaaS company / consultancy - a plus.
  • Leadership and communication skills.

  • Time management and organisation skills.
  • Problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. Multilingual skills are welcome.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, set your own demanding expectations and exceed them.
  • Must be organised and a self-starter, delivering high-quality work without a tactical oversight.

    Your First 30-Days at Feedzai :

    You will be immersed in our brand with training, connections, and one-on-one time with your manager. You may shadow your colleagues virtually or onsite at an office depending on where you work as you are supported through your Feedzai journey.

    In addition, you will have access to a ton of information to give you history, context, and all the knowledge you can handle about Feedzai and the team.
