Our Quality Control Administrator helps to shape our quality assurance processes in our business. You will help us to deliver good customer outcomes by ensuring there is compliance with our internal control procedures and regulatory statutory guidelines.
How will you do this?
Joining our Quality Assurance team, you will complete quality assessments across a range of customer interactions. You will examine a range of materials, whilst then verifying information.
Always diligent, you will complete audit reports and assess the effectiveness of our internal processes and controls, recommending changes where needed.
Always one step ahead, you identify areas where the quality of service provided to customers by the business can be improved, and .
provide feedback of failures to meet requirements, to mitigate the company’s exposure to risk.
A natural people person, you will develop strong relationships with your team and other stakeholders across the business.
With your friendly manner, you will build professional customer relationships, whilst managing customer expectations and resolving their queries.
Proactive in your approach, you are always looking for ways to maintain your technical knowledge, applying your learnings in your role.
