The Senior Learning Specialist acts as the lead coordinator for S&P Global Learning Operations in EMEA & APAC. The Operations Learning team is a brand new group within the organization.

With regional oversight, this person will be a key player in the department’s mission to act as one global operations team to market, deliver, and provide insights and analytics on all learning activities offered to the S&P Global Ratings in an efficient, seamless, and cost effective manner.

As a Senior Specialist with regional responsibility, you will have the opportunity to liaise with global counterparts within Learning, other HR functions at the firm, and the Ratings business.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Solid, demonstrable experience within financial services firms or equivalent

  • Experience within HR and / or operations preferred
  • Excellent execution, problem solving ability and strong business acumen with client service focus.
  • Strong Excel / Word / PowerPoint and database application skills. (Must be able to do pivot tables and charting in excel with mastery of basic formulas).
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written, as well as the capacity to expand, learn, and make a contribution. Excellent interpersonal skills working with all levels of employees.
  • Proven adaptability in a fast paced, changing environment.
  • Experience working cross-culturally with diverse colleagues in a global environment.
  • Team-based, collaborative interpersonal style.
  • Results and process-oriented with emphasis on operational excellence.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and complete multiple complex projects simultaneously.
