Technical Support Analyst wanted. My client provide EPOS solutions to some of the most prestigious companies in the UK. As a Technical Support Analyst you will be tasked with working beside a small team of other Technical Support Analysts to be the first point of contact for any issues that arise.

  • Managing high volumes of inbound and outbound customer service calls
  • Managing your own customer service cases from inception to resolution
  • Assisting the supervisor with ad-hoc duties and customer requests
  • This role would suit an experienced; technical customer service advisor, technical support analyst, technical support advisor, support agent, support representative or technical support executive.
