Field Service Engineer Life Science Field Service Engineer SPAM Cambridge & Surrounding Areas Reporting to the Life Science Supervisor, the Field Service Engineer provides all aspects of service support and is the main face of the company to our customers.
The successful applicant will be supporting Centrifugation and Automation products in the Cambridge and surrounding areas to allow easy access to customers within the region.
This position will be instrumental in providing a high level of support, requiring close interaction with the customer and colleagues to maintain a quality service.
Adhering to customer focused strategies to achieve business goals, increase customer satisfaction and position Service Support as a positive sales differentiator in an ever increasingly competitive market.
This position is full time, five days a week. The five working days will include Saturday and Sunday as and when the Company requires.
Although the position will be primarily supporting our customers in the Cambridge area, it may be necessary to travel and cover other regions may be required to cover absence i.
