To undertake various activities within the laboratory contributing to the success of the Cereals, Milling & Baking Science Team and of ATC as a whole.
The main functions of the job will be :
1) Sample administration
2) Cereal and Baked product analysis as required and additional duties as required to fulfil the requirements and demands of the laboratory
The role will involve working as part of the laboratory team, being responsible for delivering all work to agreed business deadlines.
The role also includes being part of a weekend rota for shelf life testing, which typically would be for one day for two hours every 2-3 weeks.
