Customer Services Auditing Clerk

Pertemps Kettering are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Customer Services Auditing clerk to work in a busy finance department based at our clients head office in Kettering, Northamptonshire.

This is a temporary ongoing assignment and we are seeking candidates who can demonstrate reliability and an eagerness to obtain permanent employment.

The client is a prestigious international company that develop, make and market professional equipment to technicians all over the world.

As Customer Services Auditing Clerk you will be responsible for the working to tight deadlines and working to targets in order to achieve fulfilment rates.

Skills Criteria :

2 years previous continuous Customer Service experience

Computer Literate

Experience of working in a targeted environment

Good command of Numeracy and Literacy

Compliance and auditing skills are desirable

Strong attention to detail

Able to multitask and prioritise

Spend a large % of time talking to customers on the telephone

Polite and demonstrative in providing solutions to client queries

The hours of work are 08.30-17.00 Monday to Friday. 37.5 hours per week.

Salary circa £17500
