At Digitas Health London, we believe healthcare brands need to shift away from product-led communications toward people-powered engagement.
Doing this requires more than a shift in messaging; it requires healthcare brands to behave differently, and invites them to play a bigger role in powering people to improve health outcomes.
We design dynamic customer engagement programmes that help change the relationships between healthcare brands and people.
Whether we’re designing an immersive content ecosystem for healthcare professionals, a digital service in partnership with a health system, a behavioural support app, or a patient engagement programme we create experiences which people seek out and value.
Designing for people and the moments that matter along their journey, we help healthcare brands disrupt established markets, motivate complacent audiences, change intractable behaviours, and build new relationships.
We call this People-powered health; it’s an ethos that drives our work, our client partnerships and our
Agency culture. We are a generous, idealistic, straight-talking collection of creatives, strategists, analysts, social media experts, project managers, and client service leads.
As part of Publicis Health, our small-but-mighty team works to bring applied innovation to a range of global, EMEA and UK clients, working in collaboration with other DH offices in Philadelphia, New York, San Francisco and other sister agencies in London, Windsor and around the world.
