A key figure in the leadership team, you will be responsible for the delivery of the liquids department’s health & safety, quality, service, cost objectives and build a strong talent and capability base and drive a strong engaged culture.
You will strive for excellence and hitting all targets, whilst enabling, training, and coaching your team to get the best out of the group.
You will set the high standards for delivery, demonstrating company values and behaviours. You are a target driven person who wants to ensure the minimum volume targets are achieved within production schedules, and then look at how to improve those volumes.
You’ll build engagement and embed change. You’ll develop a winning culture. Essentially, you will ensure our people and production are front and centre of everything we do.
You’ll succeed because
flexing to demand. A natural pragmatic style lends itself to negotiating with the planning function to maximise equipment efficacy within the constraints of the overall schedule.
Importantly, you are a strategic thinker but can also turn plans into action; and will work to continuously reduce unplanned and downtime losses.
