We are looking for an individual who can work on complex accounts with good problem solving skills and who can work on their own initiative.
The duties of the role will include :
General credit control
Chasing payments via phone, email and letter
Managing 350 live accounts
Excellent dispute management and resolution.
Working closely with our Customer Services Team regarding invoicing / billing issues.
Regular meetings with Account Managers to update them on customer account status’ / resolve potential queries.
Deal with new account requests / reviewing credit limits and working on pro forma invoices (customers and account managers)
Escalate queries and issues where relevant.
