HSBCRelationship Support Manager - Corporate Banking in the UK provides bothdomestic and international Commercial Banking services to our existing andprospective clients.

The roleof the Corporate Relationship Support Manager is to guide a motivated, highperforming team working together to maximise performance.

Working withrelevant stakeholders, the role holder will play a key role in developing ateam of Relationship Support Analysts, coordinating workflows and alsosupporting Relationship Managers with the more complex cases.

The rolewill also assist with the provision of financial services solutions forCorporate Banking customers, with sophisticated domestic and cross borderbanking requirements in a variety of industry sectors across the globe.

Yourresponsibilities will include :

  • Help, develop and provide guidance to Relationship Support Analysts and coordinate workflows as appropriate
  • Acting as a key point of contact to customers to provide ongoing day to day support
  • Providing support to the Relationship Director, including on more complex cases to enable them to meet customer needs
  • Preparing financial proposals, presentations and undertake analysis for both existing and prospective customers
  • Detailed customer research, financial and credit analysis
  • Supporting on day-to-day activities including client planning, pipeline management, coordination with product partners
  • Ensuring consistent application of Group Policy and adhere to regulatory, financial, and legal standards to minimize business and reputational risks
  • Qualifications

    The ideal candidate for this role will have :

  • Experience working in relevant environment / s, i.e. Commercial Banking (CMB).
  • Strong working knowledge of CARM, remarks preparation, interpreting financial data and deal completion.
  • A track record of gaining an understanding of customers' needs and delivering excellent customer service
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience of adapting your style and approach to the audience and message to be delivered
  • Experience of planning and prioritising their own time effectively and adhering to strict deadlines
  • A comprehensive understanding of the regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements associated with financial services and experience of working within these
  • The base location for this role is Gatwick or Guildford
