Your Role

Your Responsibilities :

The evolution of Mantu is driving the EXCOM to the goal of improving the decision-making quality and milestones set.

As the strategic advisor of the Chief Recruitment Officer, you will :

  • Draft and ease the decision-making at different committee levels, by :
  • Define different key milestones with the EXCOM / CEO / Head of Department.
  • Set up and summarize the different tools which will assist decision-making.
  • Follow up on decisions taken.
  • Handle and set up the group’s strategic projects
  • Examples : Employer Branding / Reputation / Start up Incubation Programme / Analysis & Reporting / Talent Management / Digital acquisition(candidates & clients) / assist in the corporate development of the WEMEAN brand internationally / Learning Management
  • Work on important internal projects related to various departments Talent acquisition / / Marketing / Business ..
  • Provide analysis and recommendations to the / EXCOM / CEO / HODs on strategical, organizational & operational aspects.
  • Ideal Profile

  • Master’s degree holder in management or a related field from a business / engineering school.
  • 6 months to 2 years of successful experience in project management / business development / department transformation / change management...
  • You are fluent in English & French.
  • Proficiency with XLS / PPT
  • Previous experience with direct contact with CEO / COO / HODs is desirable.
  • Soft skills :

  • Great ability to synthesize and analyse
  • Great communication skills : spoken and written
  • Great organization skills and prioritization skills
  • Trustworthy person : you will deal with confidential topics
