As a Night Services Coordinator within our supported housing service, you will be lone worker providing support, advice and guidance to our a young people with complex needs.
By following the support plan previously outlined across a number of clients at any one time you will support our users and their individual needs.
You will work closely with your colleagues at the service including the Team Leader to support the delivery of a person-centred service, accurately recording information and ensuring the environment is safe and fit for purpose.

The working hours for this role are on a 3 week rolling weekly rota covering 2, 3 or 4 nights per week. This rota will include weekends and will be discussed fully at interview stage.,

To be considered for this role you will have experience working in a support role preferably with young people with various complex needs, working particularly on a 1 : 1 basis.
An awareness of safeguarding issues is essential; you will support a busy scheme and as such need to work well in a team with your colleagues.
In what can often be demanding or difficult situations you will need to remain upbeat and positive.
It is Important that you have access to a vehicle as this role includes driving between 2 sites in Blyth.
People who succeed within this environment are upbeat and have a good sense of humour is important. You will also be expected to demonstrate at interview an ability to assess and deal with conflicting demands within a fast pacing environment.
