XpertHR works with its customers to help them make informed decisions about pay, benefits and other aspects of reward. We work with hundreds of UK employers, from large FTSE 100 companies and public sector bodies to small charitable organisations.

We need a reward product specialist to work as part of the team that helps employers report and understand their gender pay gaps in an intelligent, secure and helpful manner.

You mission will be to get customers successfully up and running with our tools and services. You will be the face of XpertHR to new customers and will guide them through the process of managing, reporting and using their employee data within XpertHR’s online applications.

Location

Based in either Bristol or Sutton, monthly travel to other site may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and fulfil customer training requirements regarding the use of XpertHR’s online pay fairness toolset
  • Schedule and conduct onboarding sessions with customers
  • Support customers through the process of assessing data requirements for gender pay gap reporting and associated tasks
  • Serve as a point of contact for customer enquiries regarding the use of our advanced reward analysis tools
  • Skills

  • High quality customer liaison and training skills
  • Ability to keep product and pay fairness knowledge up to date
  • Proven competency in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Able to work as part of a team comprised of both onsite and offsite members
  • Must be organised and have the ability to manage concurrent workloads and work on your own initiative when required
  • Experience

  • Experience of liaising successfully with clients from large corporates and other high profile organisations
  • Experience of providing training and support to internal or external stakeholders
  • Proven experience of working with data and Microsoft Excel
  • Experience of working as part of team to achieve common goals
