MeetingZone is a market leader in Audio Conferencing and Unified Communications including Cisco WebEx and Microsoft Skype for Business.
This is a busy and varied role which requires taking ownership of the customer’s Cisco journey from after the initial sale through to delivery of the product, training and support throughout the lifecycle.
The successful candidate will be responsible for :
Customer’s main point of contact
Provisioning of orders and managing any issues
Product customer training
Be a product specialist able to handle escalated technical support issues from the support desk
Handle financial queries from the customer or finance team
Continual adoption and ongoing training throughout customers lifecycle
You will be expected to act as a key interface between various internal departments, Cisco account managers and Cisco technical support and our Channel partners / end users to achieve key business objectives.
You will need to detail orientated and be able to balance a wide range of activities for multiple customers.
You will be the main contact for our customers and various internal teams.
Manage the rollout and deployment of our WebEx offerings to customers to agreed timescales, involving meetings with customers via our web conferencing solutions.
Action the provisioning process whilst keeping all relevant parties updated
Liaise with suppliers, service providers and third-party bodies.
Co-ordinate and action pre and post-sale customer training and web demonstrations to our customers to help the adoption of our services.
Take ownership of complex technical issues, pushing for the resolution by liaising with multiple external teams and communication with the customer.
Support the Customer Service Team with technical support escalations and knowledge share.
Work closely with colleagues from various parts of the business both in the UK and abroad.
Build solid relationships with existing customers and suppliers.

Experience & qualifications
Experience in a Project Co-ordinator, provisioning or similar.
Preference of experience training in a technical or sales support background or keen to learn this.
Has ideally worked for a company (or companies) offering Telco, Conferencing, IT, or SAAS products and / or services such as WebEx, GoToMeeting or Skype for Business.
Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent.
General IT tools to manage business, including Excel and PowerPoint for presentations and reports (essential)
