Draft, review and negotiate agreements and advise stakeholders across the region on the real estate and construction aspects of complex projects, including, design / build, construction agreements, licensing and permitting.
Key role in structuring transactions and identifying risks and implementation issues across the region.
Get tailored job recommendations based on your interests.
Support Growth (Sales, Development, Real Estate) teams to facilitate the timely review, negotiation, and execution of commercial agreements.
Identify and consult on legal risks in connection with the development of new products across multiple jurisdictions. Develop and implement processes for efficient and streamlined operations surrounding the Growth legal team's transactions.
Maintain and update form agreements, contract management systems, and other databases. Qualifications : Qualified solicitor in England and Wales.
US or European bar qualifications will be considered. 2 - 6 years of top-tier firm and / or in-house experience Real Estate and / or construction experience applied to project development or other large complex projects Commercially minded with experience in reviewing, negotiating and drafting agreements and executing complex transactions.

Experience of and ability to multi-task and project manage several complex and fast paced projects. Organized, detail-oriented, resourceful, and flexible.
Experience working on multijurisdictional transactions. Responsible, accountable, self-starter and result-driven. A multi-
tasker with excellent analytical and legal skills. Foreign language skills (European), are a plus but not required
