Collegelands, one of our largest accommodation scheme in the heart of Glasgow is now looking for a General Manager to join them.
Joining and managing a small team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the site which will include working to achieve 100% occupancy, collecting the rent, ensuring the building is a safe and great place to live whilst providing the residents with the highest level of customer service.
This is a hands-on role which will require you to be able to balance the serious aspects of the role whilst providing a social and fun atmosphere - a community feel where students want to live and work.

This role would suit a meticulous, organised and personable individual who has previous sales experience and is comfortable with financial reporting.
With knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, you’ll have excellent written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to remain calm and professional in what can be sometimes difficult situations.
Building management experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
