About Nutrition

The Nutrition Division of THG includes Myprotein, MyVegan, MyVitamins, Exante & Idealfit. In Myprotein exists THG’s largest brand, but of similar importance is the growth trajectory of all brands in the division, which have seen exponential growth in the past few years.

About Central Functions

    About the Procurement Team and the Role

    The Procurement and Supply Chain team are responsible for the processes and materials behind the manufacture and distribution of the goods that THG creates and sells.

    The work the team does is critical in ensuring the business is competitive in the market.

    The planning function is responsible for supporting one of the fastest growing sports nutrition brands in the world. There is great opportunity to take ownership of and make improvements to key processes within the demand planning function.

    The Supply Planner responsible for maintaining the supply chain planning model for product launches in the health division, including tracking sales performance and analysing stock profile of recently launched products.

    Responsibilities :

  • Maintain and develop the product launch tracker for health and nutrition brands.
  • Work closely with the New Product Development and Category Management teams to discuss lead times and plan launch dates.
  • Feed forecasts into the Supply Planning and Procurement teams ensuring the optimal amount of stock is ordered to mitigate any future stock risks.
  • Collaborate with other members of the planning team to ensure that production demand can be met and that stock reaches the relevant fulfilment centres globally.
  • Drive improvement through post launch reviews. Monitor the success of product launches and highlight any resulting overstocks to the trading teams.
  • Requirements :

  • Experience within a Planning / Supply Chain function
  • Strong numerical and reporting skills applied in Excel, SQL desirable
  • Ability to work independently, use initiative and maintain attention to detail
  • Supply chain / commercial background desirable
  • An understanding of ecommerce desirable
