We are currently looking for an experienced Registered Dementia Nurse Therapist to work in a highly rated Care Home based in Warrington.

This Dementia focussed Nursing Home is a flagship service operated by a nationally recognised provider of high quality care homes with an over 93% of them fully compliant or Outstanding.

The role of Registered Dementia Nurse Therapist here will involve looking after a recently renovated 20 bedded Memory lane household with support of 5 Carers whilst another nurse and a team of carers take care of the opposite household which looks after those with less complex dementia needs.

You will be responsible for delivering and implementing exceptional care for residents with a range of complex dementia and memory loss related care needs.

You will have the ability to work autonomously and effectively promote health and wellbeing within the service.

Criteria for this position :

  • Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) with an active NMC PIN
  • Previous experience caring for those with Dementia
  • An interest in nursing within a person-centric environment where you will have the opportunity to build long-lasting relationships with your residents
  • A passion for working within the highly rewarding elderly care sector
