What does the job entail?

EKM is the home to tens of thousands of online shops, each with their own shop owners and shoppers who rely on our platform.

You'll spend your time ensuring the consistency and usability of the EKM platform for existing functionality and brand new features.

You'll be involved in gathering user requirements, creating wireframes, mockups and prototypes, conducting user research and working closely with the software developers during implementation.

This role is within our Shop Management Squad which has ownership of the platform backend system where shop owners process orders, customise their shop design, manage settings and install new features onto their shops.

You will, however, have involvement in the UX / UI requirements for other squads.

You'll be joining one of our agile squads, which are geared up to be autonomous and reduce bottlenecks as much as possible.

Our squads sit and work together in private offices, self organise and have all the tools they need to take projects from inception right through to release.
