financial control / oversight and analytics of the intercompany operating and non-fiduciary transactions that get reported within the Profit & Loss across all Aon Businesses globally.
The role is responsible for delivering all BAU requirements whilst driving strategic initiatives and project based work to improve processes and controls of the function, so that exposures to Aon are mitigated to acceptable levels.
This role will be required to work closely with the EMEA Finance Centre in Krakow to collaborate on financial reporting, analysis and finance initiatives that support Aon strategic objectives.

About the Role As the Senior Financial Analyst some of your key responsibilities will involve : Timely and accurate preparation and robust review of P&L variance analysis on a monthly basis Specific accountability for all matters concerning the Global Health & Benefits P&L To lead meetings when reporting on P&L performance and to provide insightful management information, which will allow the business to make decisions and understand issues.
Work with global finance teams to ensure there is clear understanding of end to end processes / flows of recording transactions and related impact of operational processing feeding the financial systems.
Maintain a clear outline of risks and controls at all stages of the process and lead on issue remediation as needed. Review SLA’s with global controllership, including consequences for failure to meet and review these SLA’s on an on-
going basis. Prepare P&L updates for and attend monthly performance meetings with Global Intercompany Tower Team and Global Controllership.
Work with the business to improve the quality, accuracy and timeliness of information requests and reports. Oversee the financial close as it relates to fiduciary ledgers and fiduciary accounts.
This should include timely and accurate P&L reconciliations and insightful analysis Responsible for maintaining and updating the Global Intercompany Policy where P&L related.
Work collaboratively with the UK Finance, EMEA Finance Centre and other teams within the organisation to complete tasks and activities more effectively.
