Role overview :
As the Affiliate Account Manager you will be responsible for the daily management of live programmes in the UK, DE and PL.
Working closely with the Affiliate Partnership Managers in each of those markets.
Maintaining performance of all programmes on a daily basis for volume of leads, CR% and commission. Developing a very good understanding of the affiliate platforms dashboards and our internal tools to track performance is crucial to the day to day of this position.
Accountabilities and Deliverables :
Performance review using network / cube data to analyse merchant’s performance on Kellkoo.
Track GM, commission, leads volume and calculate eCPC for some merchants.
Optimise campaigns CPA Increases to boost earnings and leads, CSS approval, feed quality score.
PLA / traffic boost management
Focus on top 30 GM drivers campaign conversions / CPA increases in UK, DE and PL
Campaign maintenance (Account Management) :
Feed issues for new merchants not meeting Kelkoo field requirements
Maintain a high level of client engagement on a weekly / daily basis
Work closely with the publisher team to ensure quality traffic is delivered to all merchants
Develop strong relationships internally and externally across relevant teams
Previous Experience / Skills required :
2 years + experience working with Affiliate platforms : SaaS, performance marketing, advertising affiliate platform, network or agency
Account Management focus within the candidates experience
Business professional level English + German or Polish
