Leveraging prior experience in supporting Induction, probation and talent assessment.

Identify Learning & Development opportunities aimed at capitalising on the individual and collective talent pool to drive organizational development and a learning mindset.
Working closely with our local internal legal team, monitor shifts in employment law to develop effective procedures to facilitate a scalable business, communicate and train the organisation to ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
Manage employee relations issues to ensure fair and reasonable approach aligned to internal and statutory procedures and above all we do the right thing by our people.
Understand drivers for employee turnover by conducting face to face exit interviews and produce insights / strategies for minimising turnover
Provide counsel to management and provide insight into people metrics to influence and support business decisions.
Feedback and act on staff survey results to improve satisfaction and engagement across client groups.

Collaborate across HR to create and cascade global HR programs within regional client groups in a way that is culturally aligned to location.
As a brand ambassador build strong awareness of the Company’s culture and values.
Promote positive employee engagement in collaboration with the entire HR team across the globe to ensure staff are provided a consistent, enjoyable employee experience to maximise discretionary effort and aid employee retention
Be an advocate of change management as the company grows and shifts in priorities.
Conflict management skills with a working knowledge of UK employment laws and regulations.
Ability to quickly gain an understanding of systems, experienced with Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint as well HR systems like Workday.
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and deliver results with excellence.
