MMP Consultancy are working exclusively with a fantastic employer based in Surrey to recruit a Receptionist / Facilities Administrator on a temporary contract.
We are looking for enthusiastic professionals, who are keen to learn and present exceptional customer service skills. You will be responsible for providing an exceptional service Administration and Reception service to the organisations current customers ensuring all queries are dealt with in a time effective manner with excellent results, this could include liaising with external agencies and / or contractors.
Key Responsibilities :
Answering the reception telephone in a welcoming and efficient manner and refer calls on to other departments as appropriate.
Ensure the reception area including the tenant interview room(s) and meeting rooms are open and ready for visitors in accordance with the office opening times protocol 8.30am 5pm.
Manage the reception area to provide a safe, secure and welcoming environment.
Ensuring the correct security procedures are followed regarding visitors to the site.
Ensure DDA requirements are adhered to at all times.
Provide administrative support to your line manager and facilities colleagues as and when required.
Programming of all staff / contractor / tenant fobs / access cards if appropriate to your site.
Producing Staff I.D. badges, collate staff induction documents and book in co-ordinators calendar.
Ensure the stationery cupboard is stocked of core items without over stocking
Skills Required :
Office experience and a highly competent administrator
A charming customer service manner excellent on the telephone and face to face when greeting guests, etc. Able to build rapport with local colleagues (customers) and responding to their reception / facilities administration needs.
Excellent attention to detail; good at prioritising tasks and delivering to required deadlines
Excellent communication skills and a mature approach to customer service, experience providing a front facing customer service.
