Process Improvement Consultant (Legal Process Improvement, Change Management)

Legal Process Improvement Consultant, working with a reputable global management consultancy specialised in the legal sector.

Working in a client facing team of consultants you will be responsible for managing process improvement activity on behalf of FTSE100 / Fortune 500 law departments and top 50 global law firms.

Responsibilities :

  • Deliver legal process improvement strategy
  • Transition of legal work to shared service centres
  • Manage business transformation activity
  • Engage clients and act as an ambassador for the business
  • Key Skills :

  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in a consulting or project delivery role
  • Professional services experience, ideally legal
  • Process re-engineering
  • Shared service set up and transition
