Support the Ecommerce Finance Business Partner with modelling and analysis to maximise business insight and help forecast future performance.
This individual will be building key models, interacting with the business and understanding the Month end results.

Building and developing weekly and periodic Reporting and insight provision :
Building country dashboards, developing and improving on the reporting required to support the Ecommerce team in trading decision making
Produce and review the daily, weekly and periodic trading performance of Ecommerce KPI’s and providing commentary into the numbers
Using Google analytics to analyse conversion, events and performance by acquisition channel
Working with the Digital marketing team to produce insight on traffic, email performance and ROI on marketing campaigns.
Rebuild of the Monthly management pack and Latest view models to aid in forecasting any risks or opportunities to the P&L
Support with building and consolidating the annual & quarterly Forecasts of revenue and operating expenses for the Ecommerce Channel
Ad Hoc Project Work
Building financial business models to undertake pre and post analysis of events and implementations.
Play a key part in the Country P&L reporting project to understand profitability by market
Providing analysis for business case creation for developments set out in the digital roadmap
PowerBI development & enhancement
Build and develop the reporting capabilities of Power BI
Analyse the detail behind the numbers, proactively seeking out issues with integration and reporting and working with the relevant departments to find solutions
Ensuring the correct data is captured where any data issues are found
Month end & Opex review
Developing tools to aid the month end process to provide an accurate set of Management Accounts
Working with the business partner to ensure the correct month end position is established and variance analysis undertaken
Undertaking a full review of bank charges and building a forecasting model in line with these findings

Be able to provide high quality analysis to drive decision-making. Ability to marry both financial and non-financial data to get behind the numbers to identify key drivers of performance and spot trends.
Constantly maintaining a questioning mind-set, willing to dig deeper into the data to understand the key drivers and happy to get into the detail
Used Ecommerce Analytical tools like Google Analytics, Omniture to understand web performance
Experience of undertaking detailed and complex analysis using large data sets. Strong excel skills.
Strong visual Excel skills to enable trends generated from complex data sets to be clearly communicated to both finance and non-finance colleagues.
Confidence to build credibility quickly with stakeholders within and outside of the Finance function.
Proven ability working in a hands on fast moving environment to agreed deadlines that may require a rapid turnaround
