Atalian Servest is currently recruiting for a Multi-skilled FM Operative to join our passionate and driven team in Goole!

Atalian Servest is looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic candidate to become part of an essential team support operative.

As a multi-skilled Operative (MSO), you will be trained and developed to support multiple onsite facilities service lines (Security, Catering, and cleaning).

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is already working in a specific division, looking for that next step toward gaining essential experience in all facilities functions with a vision of moving towards Facilities Management.

This role could be ideal for an experienced Hygiene operative looking to gain essential security or catering operations experience, or an experienced Security officer looking to diversify and gain an understanding of catering and Hygiene functions.

Working Hours : Variable Shift Rota - 06 : 00 - 14 : 00, 14 : 00 - 22 : 00, 18 : 00 - 06 : 00 - 40 hours per week

Your primary responsibilities will include :

  • You will be diverse in your role and support each service as and where needed. This could be a different challenge each day as you undertake a different role.
  • You could be cooking meals and serving food one day, to completing staff searches, and preventing loss the next!

  • You will be developed over time to be a key mechanism in our success onsite, being able to deliver exceptional quality in multiple disciplines and support the Facilities Manager in each area.
  • Eligible candidates MUST have a proven successful history of employment in at least one of the three key service lines. Candidates will be able to achieve any necessary qualifications such as food standards, manual handling, and Security SIA licences that are required to operate in all roles.
  • About You :

  • SIA Licence (Security Guarding or Door supervision)
  • A Full UK Driving License and own vehicle will be highly beneficial pending your location.
  • Customer-facing Security Officer experience.
  • Experience providing exceptional customer service to customers.
  • High levels of professional Integrity.
  • Flexible approach to overtime.
  • Good timekeeping is essential.
  • Computer literate / willing to learn.
  • Willingness to develop and learn new skills.
  • Working as part of a team.
  • To ensure the highest level of customer care is always adhered to.
  • To demonstrate a can-do attitude towards individual customer requests and strive to exceed customer expectations.
  • To ensure standards of cleaning and hygiene in the work area meet or exceed the standard applicable to the site / unit.
  • To actively gain customer feedback, pass information gained onto your line manager.
  • A background in either, cleaning, security or catering would be advantageous but not essential.
  • Experience in working within a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability - You will be able to work to deadlines and prioritise as well as be flexible with working hours and days.
