Role : Customer Service Advisor
Salary : £22,000
Days / Hours : 40 Hours Tuesday-Saturday 8am-5pm

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Executive to join our growing company in the Customer Service Team. This job would suit someone with great written and people skills.
Your job will be to liaise with customers and potential customers by live chat, telephone and email to ensure their queries are answered accurately, promptly, and with expertise.
Your job will involve a high-level of multi-tasking with an element of urgency as a result of the volumes that can arise.

Passionate about delivering an amazing customer experience.
2 years experience in a customer service environment
Incredibly organised and detail-oriented, with outstanding critical-thinking and creative problem solving skills
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
A positive and high-energy attitude
Zendesk experience a bonus
