About the Role
Experience in behaviour management and social development is preferred but not essential as we will train, support and promote you to ensure you have an amazing career.
All you need is the drive to make a difference and a focus on the positive outcomes for our children and the right personality.
You will spend your time assisting the young people at the times that they are managing the least. You will be there when they’re upset, when they don’t believe in themselves and when the need an arm around their shoulder.
You will be a key staff member, a highly effective team committed to getting the best from the young people.
This role however, does come with some potential challenges, behaviour management is essential because you will be working on the front line with young people who can find life challenging.
You will need to be mentally and physically fit and resilient.
