Chef Manager - £28,000 - Caversham - Retirement Apartments Working all daytime hours and a good part of the shifts being Monday to Friday.
The earliest start would be 7 : 30am and the latest finish around 5 : 30pm - based on 40 hours per week. There would need to be a degree of flexibility as expected in hospitality but this would be the main part of your hours on shift, giving an excellent work life balance.
There is a great time to join as it is a new opening, 3 chefs, 2 kitchen assistants and 5 general assistants. The site is made up of 43 apartment building with some assisted living apartments.
The food cooked on site is all fresh and we're looking for the highest standards, with a good budget there is every opportunity to use top quality ingredients and you would have full responsibility of ensuring the high standards of dish presentation and menu quality in this bistro style operation.
All ordering HACCP and paperwork would fall under your remit as you would probably expect.If you have full understanding of dietary needs then we would love to hear from you as this would be extremely beneficial.
The pay is starting at 28k per annum, benefits include holiday (20 + Bank Holidays), free parking on site, management discounts, group offers and a great pension scheme.
