Finance support team positively and proactively manage data qualitywithin the practice management systems, taking every opportunity to enhance itsworth for consumers.

Operatingto a strict service level agreement, KPIs and supporting other finance functionteam members must be agile and adaptable as they will perform a range of tasksdetermined by the volume and type of work being handled.

Overall job purpose

The framework acts as a description althoughresponsibilities will be agile by nature, and will evolve as the role matures.

Responsibilities

  • Contributeto the delivery of accurate and timely support for Partners, staff, and financecolleagues
  • Administrationof the firms Practice management system(s)
  • Routinedata control and integrity projects in conjunction with the business leaders
  • Processing / raisingbills, chasing outstanding actions
  • Supportingthe preparation of the month end
  • Posting& allocating cash and associated reconciliations
  • Bankingand processing cheques
  • Liaisingwith internal and external clients regarding outstanding invoices
  • Collaborating withcolleagues to innovate, plan, and work to execute delivery of projects thatenhance value
  • Support the standardisationFinance processes, controls and procedures across the organisation
  • Produceand maintain user documentation and contribute to user training programmes

  • Meticulous and accurate
  • Confident communicator
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal / written communication skills,with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to assist innumerous tasks simultaneously whilst management delivery deadlines
  • Good IT skill set
